BIOGRAPHY

Tonia Tagliaferro’s background encompasses over 30 years in the Fashion Industry- from a Showroom and Fitting Model to Manufacturing and Buyer of Sportswear, Dresses, Coats, Lingerie, Foundations, Shoes, Accessories, and Menswear.

In the 80’s, she was a pioneer in recognizing the need for a retail resource for plus-size women. Tonia founded a chain of retail stores, Beauti-full Size Boutiques in Westchester County, empowering women in dressing.

Tonia was born in Italy, grew up in Pelham, NY, and for 16 years she resided in Dutchess County, where she owns and operates Allure Dress Shop, an upscale specialty store for women. She currently resides in Harrison, New York.

An expert fashion stylist and personal shopper, Tonia has designed a program called the Art of Dressing by Tonia teaches women how to feel confident, enhance their style in dress and exude their own natural beauty.

Her seminars have helped countless women increase awareness and acceptance of their bodies. These empowering life style changes create happiness and harmony in one’s life to look and feel great everyday.
